Jack Parrish
President & Founder
Jack founded Parrish Aviation in August 2020 with a single aircraft and a vision to build DFW's most student-focused flight school. As an NAFI Master CFI and FAA Gold Seal Flight Instructor, he has personally trained hundreds of pilots from first flight through ATP.

Josh Leitgeb
Chief Financial Officer
Josh oversees the financial operations and strategic growth of Parrish Aviation, ensuring the school can reinvest in modern training aircraft, simulator technology, and student resources.

Lina Reid
Director of Operations
Lina keeps the day-to-day operations of both campuses running smoothly — from scheduling and compliance to student experience and staff coordination.

Travis Harvey
Chief Part 61 Flight Instructor & 141 Check Airman
Travis leads our Part 61 training program and serves as a check airman for our Part 141 curriculum, conducting stage checks and ensuring every student is prepared for their checkride.
Katelyn Cook
Admissions Director
Katelyn is often the first voice prospective students hear. She guides incoming students through program selection, enrollment, financing options, and everything needed to get started.
Taylor Haith
Dispatch
Taylor manages aircraft scheduling, dispatch operations, and daily flight coordination to keep training on track at both KRBD and T67.
Caleb Seale
Dispatch
Caleb supports dispatch operations and works closely with instructors and students to ensure aircraft availability and smooth daily operations.
Maintenance Staff

Michael Morale
Director of Maintenance
Michael leads all maintenance operations at Parrish Aviation Maintenance. As an A&P with Inspection Authorization and Rotax certification, he oversees annual and 100-hour inspections, Rotax engine work, and airworthiness decisions across the fleet.
Clint Mitchell
Aircraft Mechanic
Clint is an experienced A&P mechanic supporting a full range of piston aircraft maintenance, from legacy Lycoming and Continental engines to Rotax-powered sport aircraft.
Dalton Riley
Aircraft Mechanic
Dalton rounds out our maintenance team with hands-on expertise in piston aircraft maintenance, inspections, and engine systems.
